November 8, 1999 Dear Parents,      In anticipation of government budget cuts, and in order to remain financially viable, we must increase our fees for the coming year. A market analysis shows that despite our small increases we are still very competitive with the other Whitby centres, our fees being equal to or lower than the others.      If you have any questions or concerns, please speak to Fern, Melanie or Sonia.
